Random Walkings

Crap, the police statistics indicate that the crime rate is around 400% higher than average, and double the rate of near my home than in the surrounding neigbhorhoods. I personally don't see it impacting me and mine, but it does make the property less attractive of an investment. Definitely a mistake to be paying a premium for this property, which my offer currently is. :-(
